Introduction

If you're a bootstrapped SaaS founder, you probably designed your first dashboard yourself. Maybe late at night, with a UI kit and a lot of hope. It works, technically. But every new user asks the same three questions in their first week, and you're starting to suspect the layout is the problem, not them.

The thing is, hiring a proper product designer feels out of reach. A US agency quote can easily be more than your entire runway for the year. So you keep patching the design yourself and telling yourself you'll fix it "after the next round."

Panze is aimed at founders like that. It's a UX design studio for SaaS, AI and dashboard products, based in Khulna, Bangladesh, founded in 2024. Clutch lists projects from $1,000 at under $25 per hour, with a 5.0 rating from 4 reviews. That makes it one of the most affordable studios in this batch.

The Short Answer: Is Panze Worth It?

Yes, if you're an early-stage SaaS founder who needs cleaner dashboards and screens on a tight budget. It's young, so plan your own user testing and ask for regular updates.

How I Wrote This Review

Disclosure: I run a design studio myself, and it appears in the alternatives table. Panze focuses on in-app screens, while I mostly do websites and branding, so we don't overlap much. Still, you should know.

I haven't hired Panze. On October 31, 2026, I read its Clutch profile and all four reviews, and looked at its public Dribbble and Behance presence. I didn't go through every shot in detail, so my design view is general rather than screen by screen.

Who Is Panze?

Panze was founded in 2024 and has roughly 10–15 people in Khulna, Bangladesh's third-largest city, plus a listed contact in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Clutch doesn't name its leaders, which is something I'd ask about on a first call.

The studio is active on Dribbble and Behance, with a portfolio full of SaaS dashboards, CRM tools and AI productivity apps. That focus is narrow, which is honestly a good thing. A team that designs dashboards all day gets very good at dashboards.

The main catch

Panze is young, and reviewers wanted more frequent updates and more UX research. Low rates are great, but you'll need to plan your own user testing to make sure the beautiful new screens actually solve the problem.

A worked example

Say you're a two-person startup with a time-tracking app. Users love the timer but can't figure out the reports dashboard, so they never see the value and cancel after the trial.

A small Panze project could redesign the main dashboard and two settings screens for a few thousand dollars. That's a lot of improvement for the price. But before you hand the designs to your developer, I'd show them to five real users. Ask each one to find "how many hours did I spend on Client X last week?" If they all find it in seconds, you're good. If not, one more round with Panze is cheap.

What Do Clients Say?

The four Clutch reviews praise communication, on-time delivery and attention to detail, and several call it good value for money. Reviewers seem genuinely happy with the visual quality.

One reviewer asked for more progress updates and more research. That fits the picture of a young, fast-moving studio that's great at execution and still building its process. Four reviews is a small sample, so ask for a reference or two.

Is Panze Legit?

Yes, it appears to be a real studio with verified Clutch reviews and an active public portfolio. It's young, so go in with clear expectations.

My Honest Design Opinion

From what I saw on Panze's public profiles, its style is clean and modern, the soft, rounded SaaS look that's popular right now. As a designer, I think it's well executed. Dashboards are hard to make tidy, and Panze seems comfortable with them.

My one caution is that Dribbble-style dashboards can look better than they work. Real data is messy: long client names, zero values, hundreds of rows. Ask Panze to design with your real data, not placeholder numbers. That single request makes the final design far more useful.

Pros of Panze

  • Very affordable rates.

  • Low minimum of $1,000.

  • SaaS and dashboard focus.

  • Perfect Clutch score.

  • Fixed-price options available.

Cons of Panze

  • Founded in 2024.

  • Only four reviews.

  • Updates could be more frequent.

  • Light on UX research.

  • No named leaders.

Who Should Hire Panze?

Panze is a good fit if you're:

  • a bootstrapped SaaS founder,

  • an early startup needing an MVP design,

  • a team with a messy dashboard to clean up,

  • happy to run your own user tests.

Who Should Look Elsewhere?

Another studio might suit you better if you need:

  • deep user research,

  • a long, proven track record,

  • branding-led creative work.

Questions to Ask Before You Sign

  1. "How often will we get progress updates?"

  2. "Can you design with our real data?"

  3. "Is any user testing included?"

  4. "Who leads the studio?"

  5. "How many revision rounds are included?"

  6. "Can you hand off files our developer can use?"

A Quick Note About Me

I'm Subarno, and I run a small design and no-code studio. Panze is the specialist for in-app dashboards. Where I can help is the marketing side: the website that gets people to sign up in the first place.

My $1,000/month retainer covers:

  • website design in Figma,

  • website builds in Framer or Webflow,

  • branding for smaller businesses, like logos, colors and brand guides,

  • small website animations and interactions,

  • banners, posters and social media content.

Book a free 30-minute call or say hi through my contact page. For dashboard screens on a tight budget, Panze is likely the better pick.

Final Verdict: Is Panze Worth It?

Panze offers clean SaaS and dashboard design at prices early founders can actually afford. The reviews are positive, and the focus is sharp.

It's a young studio, so ask for regular updates, design with real data and test with real users. Do that, and you might finally stop answering those same three questions every week.
