Introduction

Have you ever been stuck between agencies? One team designed your app, another one built it, and a third is "doing your SEO." When the launch underperforms, everyone has a very reasonable explanation for why it wasn't their part that went wrong. And you're left in the middle, refereeing three Slack channels and wondering who's actually responsible.

It's tiring, and it's more common than people admit. Lots of founders and marketing leads quietly wish they could just hand the whole thing to one team they trust.

Tenet pitches itself as exactly that. It covers research, design, development and growth marketing under one roof, with offices in Dubai, Noida and London, more than 30 designers and a 5.0 Clutch rating from 34 reviews. Clutch lists projects from $1,000 at $25–$49 per hour.

The Short Answer: Is Tenet Worth It?

Yes, if you're a growing company that wants design, development and marketing from one partner at offshore rates. Just make sure you know which team, and which office, will actually do your work.

How I Wrote This Review

Fair warning: I run a design studio myself, so I'm a competitor of sorts, and I'm listed in the alternatives table. I've tried to judge Tenet on its own merits.

I haven't hired Tenet. On October 31, 2026, I read its website and its very detailed FAQ, plus its Clutch reviews. A lot of those reviews were written when Tenet was still called KodeGlobe, so I've kept that in mind.

Who Is Tenet?

Tenet was co-founded by CEO Shantanu Pandey. It started as KodeGlobe in 2019 and rebranded to Tenet in 2024. Its biggest delivery team is in Noida, India, with client-facing offices in Dubai and in London's Shard, which is quite the address.

The company says it has worked with 300+ clients in 15+ countries, including Mercedes-Benz, Kawasaki and Pizza Hut, and claims a 98% client satisfaction rate. Those are Tenet's own numbers, so treat them as encouraging rather than proven.

The main catch

Tenet openly says it's "not the cheapest option" and uses value-based pricing, but it doesn't publish actual figures. With so many services on the menu, quotes can blur together. Ask for each part priced on its own line.

A worked example

Say you run a UAE fintech that needs a new app, a marketing site and SEO to bring in sign-ups. It's tempting to accept one big bundled number.

Instead, I'd ask Tenet for three separate line items, plus the names of the people leading each one. That way you can judge design quality, build quality and SEO results separately. If the SEO underdelivers after six months, you can adjust that piece without throwing out the whole relationship.

What Do Clients Say?

Reviewers describe Tenet as proactive (mentioned 9 times), timely and transparent. Several praise its Agile project management with tools like Jira and Slack, and a few mention real gains in conversions and lead quality.

The complaints are mostly small: minor delays in reporting, slower turnaround on little tweaks, occasional time-zone issues and a wish for more senior project managers on complex work. One older reviewer felt pricing was on the high side, but said the quality justified it.

Is Tenet Legit?

Yes. Thirty-four Clutch reviews, a named CEO and real offices in three countries support it. Just remember that many reviews predate the rebrand.

My Honest Design Opinion

From what I could see publicly, Tenet's design work is clean and conversion-minded. That makes sense for an agency that also runs SEO and ads: they care whether a page actually performs, not just how it looks.

As a designer, though, I always get a little cautious when an agency does everything. Breadth is convenient, but it can thin out quality in some areas. My advice: figure out which part matters most to you, whether that's design, the build or growth, and meet the lead for that part before signing.

Pros of Tenet

  • Design, build and growth in one place.

  • Low entry price of $1,000.

  • Perfect Clutch rating.

  • Offices in the UAE, India and UK.

  • Free SEO and PPC audits.

Cons of Tenet

  • Many reviews are under the old name.

  • Big claims are self-reported.

  • Broad offer can thin focus.

  • No public pricing beyond minimums.

  • Time-zone gaps for some clients.

Who Should Hire Tenet?

Tenet is a good fit if you're:

  • a growing company that wants one partner,

  • based in the Middle East or UK,

  • needing SEO alongside design and development,

  • a startup watching every dollar.

Who Should Look Elsewhere?

You might want a different team if you want:

  • a small, senior boutique studio,

  • deep enterprise UX research,

  • a pure branding specialist.

Questions to Ask Before You Sign

  1. "Which office will do our work?"

  2. "Can you price each service separately?"

  3. "Who leads design on our project?"

  4. "Which reviews reflect the current team?"

  5. "How do you report SEO results each month?"

  6. "Can we speak to a recent client?"

A Quick Note About Me

I'm Subarno, and I run a small design and no-code studio. I don't run SEO, PPC or email campaigns like Tenet does. I stick to what I'm good at: design and builds.

My $1,000/month retainer covers:

  • website design in Figma,

  • website builds in Framer or Webflow,

  • branding for smaller businesses, like logos, colors and brand guides,

  • small website animations and interactions,

  • banners, posters and social media content.

Book a free 30-minute call or start a conversation on my contact page. If you need marketing as well as design, Tenet simply covers more ground than I do.

Final Verdict: Is Tenet Worth It?

Tenet is a convenient all-in-one partner with excellent reviews and offices in three countries. The low entry point makes it easy for smaller teams to try.

Confirm which team will do your work, price each service separately and get the "same core team" promise in writing. That's how you get the best out of an agency this broad.
